For more than 20 years, corporations, high net worth individuals, and owner/operators of business aircraft have looked to our team to deliver cost effective solutions to complex aviation issues.

Recent client testimonial: There is no way we could have managed it under current conditions - probably not under any conditions.  I contacted enough brokers to see at a glance you reside in a different league than the rest, in terms of honesty & commitment.  You being a true airman of high standards, with flight experience, and aviation knowledge far surpassing my own resulted in reliance and trust in your advise and recommendations.

Important Considerations

  • Tax implications of sale or purchase of an aircraft. We work with specialist that can assist in advising proper structures to minimize tax liability.

  • Not conducting a proper audit of the maintenance logs against existing Airworthiness Directives.

  • Failing to understand the relationship between an aircraft’s value and it’s maintenance status, including future maintenance/overhaul requirements. - ETP .

  • We specialize in utilizing the ETP Ratio to calculate aircraft value. The ETP Ratio calculates an aircraft's maintenance exposure as it relates to the ask price. This is achieved by dividing an aircraft's Maintenance Exposure (the financial liability accrued with respect to future scheduled maintenance events) by the aircraft's Ask Price.
